All Level Up attendees will stay at the beautiful Casa de Campo in La Romana. Nestled within an exclusive gated community in La Romana, Casa de Campo offers a luxurious retreat, offering world-renowned golf courses — including the No. 1 ranked course in the Caribbean — as well as exciting activities, eight restaurants, and three private white sand baches.

Travel

Airport

Guests can fly into the Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) or Santa Domingo Airport (SDQ). Transportation to and from the airport to the resort will be arranged by Forever.

Visas & Travel Requirements

Tourist Visa

Most visitors arriving to the Dominican Republic do not need a visa to enter the country for visits shorter than 30 days.

Verify whether your country needs a visa to enter the Dominican Republic by visiting the United States’ Embassy of the Dominican Republic online.

If your country requires a visa, make sure you understand the information needed to obtain a visa by visiting the Embassy of the Dominican Republic online.

Tourist Card

All visitors to the Dominican Republic are charged a USD $10 tourist card fee, which is included in airline charges. This is not something you need to apply for.

E-tickets

All passengers are required to fill out an E-ticket when entering or exiting the Dominican Republic. When using E-ticket, a new form is required for each entry and exit, and the code generated upon form completion can be presented at the airport on a digital device.

E tickets can be applied for 1 week prior to arrival.

Visitors must have:

Passport with a minimum validity of six (6) months.

  • Air, maritime or land ticket for entrance and return.

  • Financial means to pay for your stay.

  • An address in the Dominican Republic where you will be staying. The resort address is: Casa de Campo, Higüey Hwy., La Romana, 22000, Dominican Republic.

Travel Disclaimer

Each FBO is an independent business owner and therefore does not have any insurance coverage through Forever Living Products. The FBO is responsible for ensuring they have sufficient travel and medical insurance to protect themselves against anything that may go wrong and to cover any third-party claims arising in connection with the incentive trip, including, but not limited to, injury, sickness, death, medical and other emergencies, damage to personal property, and any expenses associated with canceling or cutting their trip short, or missed transport or delayed departures for reasons beyond their control.

COVID-19

As of April 23, 2022, all travelers do not need to present a COVID-19 vaccination card, negative PCR, or negative antigen test to enter the Dominican Republic or to enter tourist centers, any establishments, or to receive services such as excursions.

Additionally, random COVID-19 testing for passengers and crew upon arrival in the Dominican Republic will no longer be performed. However, when required, random testing operations may be performed. Passengers who present their vaccination card will be exempted from random testing.

Registration

Event registration will be done through your country office. Please wait for the appropriate representative to reach out and collect your travel information.

All registration must be complete by Jan 10, 2025.

Opt-Out Allowance & Cancellation Policy

We recognize that sometimes plans change. You may choose to cancel attending Level Up in the Dominican Republic for any reason including health, visa refusals or personal. We must receive your request to opt out of attending Level Up by Jan 13, 2025. At this time, you can choose to attend EMR25 instead. If you are unable to attend EMR25, or if you are already qualified, then you can take a cash alternative of USD $1,500.

Qualifiers must advise their country office by 13 Jan 2025 or sooner if they chose to attend the EMR25 event or if they wish to receive the cash alternative during the week of the event.
